Ha! Goes to show how much you know. The only way that will work is if this whole board gives you energy, and considering they're all on my side...you're dead.

I read somewhere that Rockstar was disappointed with how the episodic content went down, and more than likely wouldn't do another exclusive DLC on that level again.

You're half right, Microsoft were the ones who weren't very happy. They forked over $50,000,000 to have limited time exclusive DLC and they made a fraction of that back. Rockstar themselves however did say the DLC did "less then expected".

Actually I think Microsoft got every cent back or at least most of it. They didn't simply straight up buy the timed exclusivity. It was more of a loan because Rockstar/Take-Two were having money troubles and the $50m went a long way to helping them finish GTA IV and/or the DLC. So basically Microsoft loaned Rockstar the money needed to finish development, in exchange for timed exclusivity on the DLC.

I remember the day when they released a game and you got a full game. Now people want their games chopped up into pieces, buying each piece at a time. Man I feel old and I'm only 22.

I remember the day when people didn't confuse GTA IV with a piece of a game.

Good times.

It's like a finite apple tree. If you keep taking whole apples, the tree will become depleted. You have to slice the apples in order to get the most longevity.
