Eddie Murphy's "Party All The Time" is my favorite from GTA V. My all-time favorite song from any of the GTA series is Philip Bailey featuring Phil Collins "Easy Lover" from the GTA Vice City Stories soundtrack. Whenever that song came on the radio, I would stop driving and sing along. lol

I can't pick just one, it's gotta be Vice City's and San Andreas's.

Vice City. Everything on VRock, even the Love Fist tracks. San Andreas is also very good.

I've played every Sony system GTA, and can easily say that V is the worst by a mile. I can handle most of Rebel Radio, half of the rock station, and a few random songs here and there, including the El Sonidito one.

San Andreas. It had classic rock, modern rock, and metal.

I never liked the crappy 80s soundtrack of vice city.

San Andreas wins me over. I kept playing that game from launch and just as a casual pick up until V, so the soundtrack really stuck on me. CSR, RLS, and K-DST are of the best stations in the series imo. Some CSR tracks really bring back me being a 90's kid. RLS in some ways spells out the game's setting perfectly. Hearing K-DST when driving between SF and LV just seems so perfect.

However, I do think VC was even better execution in capturing an era just because New Wave was a total phase/fad that was an exclusive component to it.

I still maintain my opinion that GTA V's was a failure in even trying to capture an era. I mean credit for drawing attention to some cool tracks I never heard of, but the idea of capturing the mainstream wasn't there. They literally pulled in a lesser-known Gucci track. Most views it got was <150k on YT and it's been around for 2 years.

Lady GaGa, Katy Perry...I hate their music but I was surprised they didn't get a single feature.

No question it has to be the Vice City soundtrack for me, followed by the San Andreas soundtrack and then the one from this game.

I voted for San Andreas with Vice City a very close second. San Andreas has such a wide variety of music. I grew up on hip-hop and R&B but these 3 songs are my favorite from the soundtrack and it's pretty diverse:

Booker T. & the M.G.'s - "Green Onions"
Living Colour - "Cult of Personality"
Marshall Jefferson - "Move Your Body"

"Move Your Body" is one of the most influential songs in the house music genre. "Green Onions" and "Cult of Personality" are classics in their own right.
