Mike Jackson from CVG UK considered the footage to be "blatantly pretend in-game CGI".
Much like Saints Row: The Third http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=csTf2Z7xlQ0
Another "blatantly pretend in-game CGI is Grand Theft Auto V http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QkkoHAzjnUs
Don't believe your lying eyes? Bookmark this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QkkoHAzjnUs and compare it alongside the final game.
Don't feel bad Battlefield did the same thing. You see the building in front of you http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uA378g_gD1I&feature=youtu.be&t=02m15s The facade is completely different in the final game. Notice the blatant difference in the facade? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jrM7eQPXbNs&feature=youtu.be&t=16m34s
Furthermore, its not just that building. What they claimed was a trailer with gameplay from the final game was blatantly false. It doesn't make a difference whether you play on 360, ps3 or a top of the line computer the results will be the same and that building and many other in game items are completely different.
DICE confirmed that the different versions of the game would not differ. In part that's true because all versions are the same and the gameplay they released the consumer never saw because it was not on the retail disk.

Varcaus, you sound a little crazy? It's not some massive conspiracy.
I think they probably swapped out the building in BF3 to make the place look a little more war torn.
And the saints row video... Saints Row: The Third - Official CG Trailer --- --- TIG - i like cartyooons

One of the game designers for that game was hired by Rockstar Games though, if I remember correctly. --- Smeg Head.
