When GTA IV was released, there was no such thing as GameStop/Day 1/Preorder DLC

GTA IV handled DLC perfectly since at the time, adding content was fairly new to consoles. We got 2 campaigns created after the original game and weren't essential to Niko's story.

I'd imagine DLC would be handled different now. Preorder the game for ___ weapon pack, preorder at GameStop for the exclusive _____ item pack, car, 10,000 cash and the exclusive multiplayer weapon pack.

Expansion packs, which was what some early DLC this generation resembled.
