What I'm looking forward to most in Grand Theft Auto V is sunlight.

Take a look at some of the daytime screenshots, and you'll notice a large view distance with little to no fog visible from ground level. A lack of fog coupled with the HDR rendering introduced to the series in GTA IV could make GTA V the sunniest Grand Theft Auto.

As far as color, lighting, and buildings I'm expecting this game to look a whole lot like Vice City.
