9 had a blast back in the day but the number 69 was everywhere and so was alot of other silly stuff like that, not so much on silly jokes but did like the over the top stuff such as a jetpack and vtol jet.

9, I loved so many of the new features, and had a blast playing the game. My only real complaints would be that the Girlfriend side-bits were a bit finicky, and I missed being able to rob stores like in Vice City.

This the be best GTA so far with all the content, features, cities, great radio, a long story with fun missions and the most variety. The characters were funny or interesting to interact with along with hearing famous voices like James Woods , the late Chris Penn, Ice-T, and David Cross.
This is the GTA I still go back to as it has the most fun in a GTA even with the newer GTA IV out. A few days ago I put GTA:SA in again and had a blast for days even though the graphics are dated and the new physics are not there.
Only GTA:VC is second place against GTA:SA and is the only other GTA I have gone back to as the gameplay, world, and story is just as fun as it was when it first came out.
Maybe with GTA V with GTA:SA be dethroned as the best GTA game yet.
1st place: GTA:SA 2nd place: GTA:VC

10/10. One of the best games of all time. Story was good, and it somehow gelled together gritty urban tales of betrayal and stealing alien lifeforms from a train via jetpack while remaining coherent throughout. There's really nothing that can be said about the gameplay that hasn't already been said, though.
