Just buy a preowned hard drive, the really cheap now.
I dont have enough space for GTA and BF4 (going by the size of BF3 with DLC). So its what I plan on doing
Put your profile data on a memory unit to stop the faff of switching it around every time.

I'm not sure if the new Xbox's hard drives are built in or not.
Im going by the assumption trat you've got an old core /elite Xbox. Hard driver just clip on and off with them.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2NhALsgzR0M There's how you change on the Slim version

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=stSanw5zyGk Original Xbox 360 version

IF your planning to get one of the next gen consoles (Xbox ONE/PS4) at launch or near future (Christmas or something like that) I would recommend you buying a USB instead to save you some money.

"Requires at least 8 GB of free disk space. Instead, add a USB flash drive of 16 GB (up to 15 MB / s read speed)."

This is what my local store says about GTA V on Xbox 360

I'm using the Xbox elite so my hard driver are the older version. If the newer xbox's use that part of hard drive then you've got the right idea. But Im not giving the advice to go buy the hard drive, not until someone with the same Xbox as you give the same advice.

You just may have to download your profile data on to the hard drive, or put all your files on to it.
