I don't see Franklin's appeal at all. I'm up to the second heist and other than his few short interactions with Michael I don't see anything likable about him in the slightest.
Every time he interacts with one of his "friends" or homies, like Lamar or that other guy fresh out of jail he is as ornery and abrasive as possible. Even in the very first mission you see him in this game he's being a massive jerk nearly the entire time.
Then I come here and I see "Who's your favorite character" polls and I see Franklin winning. What is his appeal?

It's because he's black lololol

He's got by far the most clothing & hair choices available by far, so that may play a big role in it. Otherwise, I don't like him much at all. He's my least favorite of the 3. --- "That's NASCAR tactics."

I think people like who they like the most based on how well they feel connected to the char. My friend's brother hate's playing as Trev and love's playing as Mike because he finds Trev" stupid and too wild", Where as I love Trev and hate Mike for the same reason. Franklin is just meh, If they made this game based off of Trevor and Trevor alone I wouldn't have an issue with it. --- Stockton 209, what? what?! WHAT!?! Cesar Gracie Jiu Jitsu! He's my favourite of the three. He and Lamar has the funniest banter in the game. --- XBL:ArsenalofGlory | PSN: Nafzger http://www.last.fm/user/Rainbow_Smasher

him and lamar are awesome together, hes my favorite. I just like him i dunno --- My power is discombobulatingly devastating, I could feel his facial tissue collapse under my force. Its ludicrous these mortals even attempt to enter my realm.

I honestly can't decide who my favorite is, they all have traits I highly enjoy about them and yet they also posses very glaring flaws. This is of course only serves to make the characters feel more authentic. --- RIP Christopher Scott "Chris" Kyle (April 8, 1974 February 2, 2013), Deadliest Man In American History, 160 confirmed kills May Paradise welcome you
