$25,000 Underwater Briefcase Workaround post-patch

I found a workaround for the $25,000 briefcase being fixed, but it's painfully slow compared to the old method.

1) Grab the case and resurface

2) Quicksave and load your save to respawn the case.

3) Invest all your money in a stable stock(bawsaq stocks are easier to judge).

4) Dive to the case(as fast as you can) and grab it. You will die(because lung capacity now glitches on reload) but when your revived you only lose around $1200 from the last case,

5) Sell your stock ASAP, so you don't lose money(if your lucky you may even make a small profit. Quicksave at the hospital and reload.

6) Go all the way back to the spot with the case, since they broke points of interest it's a bit harder to find again.
I found that if I zoom out to about 900ft the Y axis will hit the left point of an M(along the shore) and the X axis lines up with an area where the road meets the beach and looks like wedge shape pointing right at the correct spot. Then repeat step 1.

Note: Don't switch characters anywhere near the case or it will be gone for good. So if you plan to switch get away from the pacific ocean.

Wait they made it so stuff doesn't respawn when you switch? And that lung capacity doesn't reset when you switch?

...

Oh god did they make it so switching doesn't fix cars? o.o;

I only care about the ability to switch to fix cars. :(

Lung capacity still resets (and fixes itself if it glitched) on switch, but the case disappears even if you saw it right before switching.

With the amount of effort it takes now it's not really cheating.

Do cars still fix when you switch? :)

If your fast and have full health you can just barely make it back up to the surface for a third dive before die and get sent to the hospital.

I agree. I never cheated and ended up with 1.7 bill per char. So how is doing this method worth the time??

You can delete the patch. Easier IMO.
