New Game +/ Big Head Mode

So, I just got news of the big head mode, want to replay with it buuuut, I can't seem to find a way to start a new game plus game without beating the game again, so to summarize.

Is there a way to start a new (New Game Plus) game on the same save file? Thank you and goodnight.
