Where kabuterimon?

So where is kabuterimon? i heard he's at the waterfall but where is that? and metalgreymon is at the snow place

and how do i get the third training at the arena ?

Kabuterimon is at place where u get Greymon in forest. And u get third level in arena by beat Rosemon at 10 floor.

Kabuterimon appears right under the waterfall at the area before the boss fight. He only appears between 4:00AM and 6:00AM. If he's not there, just keep re-entering the area until he appears.
