Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3

I'm not too surprised, Nemesis isn't very good. Like Thor, he's a slow, heavy character and they forgot to give him some sort of herpderp button (Haggar has the pipe, Hulk has stand H, Sentinel has crouch M).
