I'm guessing it's from trials and tribulations since he has the cold, let's discuss it.

Also, it could be from Miles Edgeworth, since Phoenix and Maya were on a boat and may have picked up another cold.

Based on his references to Godot, I'd say post Trials and Tribulations but before he got disbarred.

I think it has something to do with "Turnabout Goodbyes", the fourth episode of PW: Ace Attorney. I remembered that Phoenix borrowed Missile and then he and Maya investigate the park during winter season...
