I've been trying to figure it out, but the game mechanics make it so you cant jump cancel a launcher on whiff/block Also was wondering how he is doing the air OTG right after a ground throw so quick at the beginning.
Hmm that's a good question. Typically with Chun Li's kick special you can cancel it to a jump as long as one hit connects. I've done this with Hulk too with his S attack on the ground. They block the attack but due to them being so far away I'm able to cancel into a jump for some reason. Maybe it's that, if you can get them to block at the very tip of the attack you might be able to cancel into a jump. I mean can can't think of any other reason. --- The sign of winning an argument is when a person insults you during one. It's easy to verbally attack someone, but it's hard to win a discussion. Kind of sad.

Hmm, think I got it actually... If you completely whiff or if the opponent blocks the Hoyokusen, then you can't jump cancel after the launcher, but if you bet push blocked away from the opponent before the last hit connects, then it allows you to jump out for whatever reason. If they just sit there and let the whole super connect, then it seems your stuck there... So much for making this super completely safe :(
