What if turnabout becomes a LV3 Hyper or perhaps even LV1?

Honestly, Turnabout wright isn't even all that threatening. SS, AV and Sougenmu are actually a lot more fear inducing than Turnabout Wright.

I would actually like it as a Lv3.

Ace Attorney would be a Lv1 that can only be used in TM like Vergil.

I always get Zero's moves mixed up. Correct me if I'm wrong as I have never picked Zero, will never pick Zero and generally avoid all Zero related theory fights.

If it becomes a level 1 hyper...dear God, Wright only has to open his opponent up once, most likely cancel into that buff hyper, and ToD central since I feel that Turnabout Phoenix Wright has the easiest ToDs in the game. Unless someone proves me wrong.

if it becomes a lvl 3, then he becomes the only character with a lvl 6 hyper.

This. If Wright got Turnabout as a level 1, I would replace Vergil with him.

He should have a level 1 Ace Attorney (Same damage) (lvl4, since you have to be in turnabout)

Lvl 3 goes into Turnabout

While in turnabout has invincible assist


Also, has permanent evidence that you can choose while on select screen.

I get what you're saying but opening anyone up is a chore with Wright. As a level 1, I'd imagine the damage boost to be a lot less significant (DT-ish).

Anyways, I think he'd jump in tier at least by some bit, if Turnabout is turned into a Hyper (no to invincible assist though).
