I like Yipes, but this is not a major. IF this is a major then Zero also won a major too. Just ask Mihe This is just a normal tournament in an anime con.
Yea ... a "normal" tournament that featured 4 of the top 6 Marvel players in the world.
Only people missing was Chris G and maybe Flocker.
Chris G Flocker Yipes Justin FChamp PrRog
in any order are the top 6 players playing atm ... if 4 of these guys are at a tournament ... it is pretty much a major by default.
No, i don't know where you get this idea. Canada Cup is much harder than this one. They only have few top players, then most of them are below average. This is a new tournament that just throw it out there. In Tennis , even if 6 of the top 10 players in the tournament, it can still be not a major. if that's not a major, it's not a major, it doesn't matter who enter.
Yipes had to beat 3 of the top 5 UMvC3 players at this tournament, one of them twice. Clearly the team is worthy of receiving praise and has merit. --- My Ultimate Dormammu Guide: http://tinyurl.com/6mr4lhv My UMvC3 Team Building Guide: http://tinyurl.com/8x865ra

i agree with that. Just can't agree with the definition of a major. Starcraft, tennis, or even golf they have totally different definition than fighting game community. A new tournament should never be a major.
