It's hard to say because raccoon is a bit unexplored. Joe with log trap is currently the most successful. Also, if you only want to use raccoon as anchor, consider making a team around spitfire twice assist. That assist is secretly amazing and probably even better than log trap.
Keep RR in second rather than last. Second is his best place. Good DHC, nice assist, long THC, but poor TAC options unfortunately
Titor is right, anyone without a wall bounce can use it, though I also agree with Patrick, Spitfire is a really good assist. It stays on the screen even if RR is hit.
