If you can't do 800K without a TAC, you deserve to have XF3 Vergil kill you anyways.

I remember seeing this tech a long time ago. It's really odd because if you xf cancel your TAC counter then the opponent seems to have some sort of invincibility. For example you could XF your counter and go straight into akuma's air beam super and the opponent will just fall right through it.

Yes, It's very odd. It doesn't work at all with XF2 morrigan even though she can clearly attack the opponent and they fall right through it. However in XF3 they get hit for some reason.

my next question is can the person xfactor after the counter and be able to do this. If so then this makes it all that much sweeter.

No, or at least not with anyone I've tried. The opponent just falls through your attacks. That's probably why this tech never got too much attention before...
