Mikey Neumann plays the voice of Scooter in BL1/BL2.
He is also the lead writer for Gearbox Software.. also created the Claptrap character and his dialogue.

He sounds a tad different but I'm sure it's him. --- I named him Waggleton P. Tallylicker. I never got the chance to tell him. He will be remembered. ~ Grayson Hunt

The original scooter is a guy from the development team so I'd be surprised if they had to replace him. I'm thinking they were just recorded/edited differently so they sound different. Crazy earl (randy pitchford) sound a little different too. --- With the advent of online games came the creation of the 10th level of Hell, reserved solely for tea-baggers.

It's just the machine his voice broadcast through. --- ADD, no. Where is the thread for Fallout OCD players? "We have to keep it on page 3 or it freaks out."
I sure hope so Cause he had the funniest voice last game

It's the same guy, I think his dialogue is actually quite a bit funnier in this game. --- "So my lunch today involved both a noodle packet and a sauce packet....so yeah, things are going pretty well for me."

I like the way he acts when you first talk to Ellie. --- I named him Waggleton P. Tallylicker. I never got the chance to tell him. He will be remembered. ~ Grayson Hunt

voiceover the echo communicator he sounds different, the same for marcus
