Ok, found the 4 of them. Outside Liar's Berg, behind Hammerlock's house, just after the ferry in the Bay and on top of the boat. 3 of them say (Discovered), while Hammerlock's won't and says I have only 3 of 4. Is Hammerlock's not part of the 4, or is it a bug?
