It needs golden keys. You get them by using shift codes, which you can get from following this guy on twitter:

https://twitter.com/DuvalMagic

when he posts a code..

>main menu
>extras
>shift code (make an account if you haven't already)
>insert code
>get golden key
>open chest

The chests have good stuff.

Yeah i think you need a gold subscription, but i could be wrong.
