caustic caverns. you run into him eventually if you do a quest.

day 1 I got to the midget rider thing and he droped that r AR that shoots the 2 bombs.
i thought it was one of those 100% drops. so i didnt think much of it. but shortly found out it was a legendary and lasted me to lv30. It was that good. I still have it to its like lv4 lol but does 200 explosive dmg x2
