Question about saving side quests for 2.5

#1KerchakPosted 10/4/2012 4:23:28 PM
If I want to save all the side quests for 2.5, should I pick up the side quests and just not do them? If I do, will they automatically upgrade to level 50 quests upon beating the game again? Or do I have to not touch them until 2.5 for them to be level 50?

I just barely started PT2 and I'm at Hammlock and he's got the first side quest available but I wasn't sure if it'd disappear if I didn't pick it up and then he wouldn't have it later when he's in Sanctuary.

NEVER argue with an Idiot. They will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Don't even pick them up, once you do they stay locked to their level.

Only once you kill the warrior can you accept quests as they will all level to 50 including the rewards, if you accept them but don't do them they will still be level 30 etc in 2.5

There are ones you can probably do without any repercussions but it seems like you'll need to know them ahead of time.

Not a problem, careful if you play with randoms though in TVHM as they can accept the quests in your place thereby potentially hindering your lvl 50 rewards.

Feel free to do quests that give skins, eridium or cash though for experience if you feel under leveled for whichever area you are in since eridium and cash are easy to come by but the xp boost is nice for lvling still.

Keep in mind you CAN DO the quest that give you Eridum for some quick XP and etc ... just do not do ones that have weapons

What's the point in keeping them till 2.5? Better rewards since they'll be Lvl 50?

Yeah the rewards will be level 50.

I have another question regarding this. Say I was willing to grind the warrior to level 50 before tvhm, would the missions scale to 50? Or do they only scale to 50 once you beat the warrior in tvhm?
