The Bee Nerf broke the game

E tech shotties are completely unaffected. Why? Only Gearbox knows for sure; probably use a discrete damage formula that was untouched.

So as in gyrojet you mean the actual pellet correct? The only thing the gets boosted would be the explosion itself. What about the etech shotties? The get boosted still. Would that fall under the line of dealing bonus elemantal damage getting boosted?

Pretty sure all AoE damage is still affected by The Bee. They only nerfed it for multiple projectile weapons and Tediore reloads. Any weapon that produces multiple AoEs should still have The Bee damage apply to each AoE.

Actually I read the whole thread. I just don't see any true evidence doing what it is supposed to is game breaking. Yes, the may have had an oversight and missed a couple things, but it is a step in the right direction. Sorry I understand how things are supposed to work and somehow that translates into not reading.

No Mod
Skookum Skullmasher 9712*5 = 48560

Blue Skookum Muckamuck 30,867 = 30,867
Everything checking out so far

With Hulking Titan Mod with +30% gun damage equipped

Skookum Skullmasher = 51,473 Bonus Damage of 2913
Expect Bonus Damage of 14,568
2913/48560= 6% Gun Damage bonus
14568/2913=5
5 = The number of pellets per shot


Skookum Muckamuck = 40,127 Bonus damage of 9260
9260/30,867 = 30% Gun Damage

This totally makes sense!
