Just wanna ask and also confirm since some of you do say that wiki shouldn't always be trusted so I'm asking you guys instead and I can't log into the game for a day so I can't test it out either (hate having siblings.....)

1. Slag enemies receive 2x damage right?

2. I wiki info about slag and it's telling me only enemies effected by the SLAG effect and THEN hit by a NON slag weapon gets 2x the damage? So using a Slag weapon and then shooting them again with the slag weapon doesn't do 2x?

I run with that on my Assassin. (plus the Blockhead and the Cobra)
I can only assume just how beastly it is with the Gunzerker.
