Alright, so I know to download the add ons from the in game menu, but the only way I can get them to work is by setting one to download then leaving the progress bar open. If I navigate away, at all, the download stops. Even if I leave the progress bar open it will lapse unless I give input. I'm having to sit here and move the joystick occasionally in order to keep the download box open and working.
Is there any reason I'm having to hold this download's hand? --- **** censorship
lmao I never had that experience with any DLC I've gotten from the season pass. I just start the download via the menu, then go on my computer until it's done. --- I have Dysarthria. It's a Speech problem. Your question is answered now.
I've been away from xbox for a while but wanted to play through these with my roommate. With my long absence it's likely that I'm making some silly mistake. It's not a huge deal because I can deal with sit here poking the joystick intermittently for an hour or so, but I am curious what the deal is. --- **** censorship
I started the downloads in the borderlands game menu then exited. Then if you go to account download history you can redownload from that list and they will then download in the normal queue and will do the normal background downloading. hope that helps i just did all the dlcs today that way
I've been having the same problem TC. I tried downloading the Torgue DLC yesterday, and I thought for sure it was done, but something happened right at the very end (my controller's batteries were low, so that may have contributed somehow). I entered the game, but couldn't see the Badass Crater on my fast travel list, so I had to delete what I had downloaded, and try again.
Don't even get me started on the damn compatibility pack. --- GT: ThunderMongoose
Doombringer, Brutal's suggestion definitely helps. You can get the downloads working normally by going to Settings -> Account -> Download History then find the packs and choose Download Again. --- **** censorship
