Removing patch

Since I won't he playing online since it would require me to start all over again, is there anyway to delete the patches so I can use OP Bee and stuff like that?

Disconnect from internet, then clear your cache.

Bee is still OP with Fibber(redundant, 50K+ damage variety)/Sandhawk/Explosive(mostly Torgue) weaponry.

Yes you do this on the 360, since you won't be playing online you said. Disconnect from the internet and stay disconnected when playing BL2. Then clear you system cache. No harm will come from this(google it)

No it just will get rid of patches that download automatically when you start a game while connected to internet.

Nope, it only removes all patches you've previously downloaded.
