badass rank bug still exists....

so funny ( cough sarcasm ) story got hit with the badass rank bug today took me from over 40k badass rank down to 10k and erased all my skins and heads....had all the heads for sal, maya, axton and gaige and almost all for zero...major bummer. contacted support and they gave me a shift code to bump my badass rank and it only gave me 15k back...i got screwed on this one.

Urgh, that sucks. They really need to get this fixed or have some way of returning everything back.

yeah ill learn my lesson this time any heads or skins from drops im gunna dupe and make a bank character to save them on....been hit by this stupid bug three times. the other two times were early on so i had'nt collected anything of value yet...this time it hurt....it hurt bad.
