What level do the DLCs start?

At what level does the first quest of each DLC start?
Especially CptScarlett, since this is the only one i bought....

I co oped it around 29. It was pretty hard. Most of the mobs are in the early 30s.

Scarlett scales between 15 - 32 for PT1, IIRC. Anything in between and it scales to whatever level you're at when you enter.
