Characters using the fast travel is canon, but characters using the new-u, which is part of the fast travel, isn't canon?

New U Stations, however, do help to explain the constantly respawning enemies and bosses.

I just figured Roland spent every cent of his money on this whole Handsome Jack/Hyperion venture and had no money left for re-spawn. ;-)

Clearly its a huge issue, YES roland is dead and NO he didn't get respawned. Borderlands probably takes itself less seriously then 90% of all games out there, is this really such a shock.....

Wonder why they decided to make the New-U-Stations manufactured by the Hyperion company. Should have been a completely separate company as to not mess with the story elements of the game.


they were made by atlas in the first game and they were the badguys then

New-Us aren't canon. Dont think about it too much, cause Gearbox sure didnt.
