Ok I head over to Pete kill him then come back around spent another round
of Eridium nothing happens look up and its just standing on the upper ledge so
I pulled for the platform ledge and it doesn't come down!!!! forced me to save and quit
anybody have the same problem?

When you beat Pete crush youself under the lift or shoot a rocket at your feet. Then hold X to respawn back upstairs.

Run back down and summon him again. Rinse and repeat.

Just a tip, pick up as much loot as possible once you kill him. That way you can sell it all up stairs to make back some of the money you spent by respawning.

I always carry a launcher on me, just in case that does happen when farming him.
