Nope, just saved and quit. Hit continue and everything back to normal.

I've had *almost* the same thing happen to me. The only difference for me is that it happened when I was loading the game (so not after death). Same deal though- all white world that never changed. Maybe it has something to do with the world elements not loading properly. No clue.

Whenever I'm in Opportunity, as soon as I turn a random corner, the entire horizon goes blank white, then fades back to normal. Not sure if these events are related.

Freaky.

I get the thing a lot when a loader is dropping where the screen goes all blue for a few seconds every now and then.
