Any place to grind at lvl 19?

Now, I normally never support grinding in any way, but I've started a game with a friend and we agreed to not progress the story at all/do any quests without the other. I just want to go out and kill stuff and maybe level up a bit! What's the best way to do this? I just got to SPOILERS sanctuary after Lilith moves it with her hulk arms.

Is it as simple as just going to the newest areas possible and killing stuff? Or is there some high EXP-giving BA somewhere? Or am I being a silly sally?

If you want I'd take you out and power level you slightly. Not to like, level 30, just get ya some levels. If not, try just roaming around, fight bosses you've fought before and try to get some good gear. Other than that just roam and look for badasses would really be a good idea.

Also I wouldn't be doing another spoilerish. I'd just roam areas and get ya some levels.

If used in the correct term I've not seen any post get censored because of it. Now the SMG B**** you have to censor so be careful to use the term correctly. But yeah if you know some named NPC"s go fight them and see if you can earn yourself an edge over your buddy there with a Legendary early on.
