I realized it on my second character. I started with Zero and stuck to the legendary class mod once i found it. I began playing with Gaige next and found the legendary mod too restricting. I switched to the zapper, catalyst, etc and found them much more fitting to my playstyle. Now all my characters are using purple mods and the legendaries are in my safe. --- GT : Mr Dino1022

Running a hybrid Commando build, I think it's still the most useful mod by far. --- Ready is my middle name(not really) / GT is E8Silicon

Fascinating tale brethren. --- "This is America. Kidnapping a Christian? That's worse than harboring a fugitive."

25 extra skill points > 13 extra skill points.
although, i do agree that for more specialized builds other COMS are superior. --- Borderlands 2 BAR: 71499
Each of my characters has around 4 class mods on their loadouts. Their usage is dependent upon the situation. My Sal carries an auspicious raider, hulking titan, and an unhinged berzerker. Maya has a plague fox, bullet witch, breakneck banshee and a cunning binder. Each of these get plenty of use. --- GT : Mr Dino1022

Legendary Commando mod is the best,i still prefer a mod with +6 to metal storm. --- A homo habilis discovering his opposable thumb says what

Kinda depends on the class really.

Once I realized how far down the BFF tree I'd have to go to make full use of the Legendary Mechromancer mod, and lose any bonuses to Shock Storm, Wires Don't Talk and Evil Enchantress in the process. --- XBOX GT: illbzo1 Currently playing: Borderlands 2, Dead Space 3, Fire Emblem: Awakening
