What is a good/best level to start playing the DLC's?

I have purchased all 3 of the dlc's thus far released, however I've yet to begin playing them. My question to you all is at what level is it appropriate to play them? Does it make a difference?

I am a level 28 Siren, and I am on the "where angels fear to tread" (or something to that extent) in the main story mode. Shall I wait till I beat the game? If I beat the game will I be too far leveled for, let's just say, the Scarlett Booty dlc, or do they scale with your level? I guess I'm mostly concerned with playing a dlc and getting levels/good weapons, and then finishing story mode all OP and whatnot. (or vice versa)

Suggestions? Also, do the same rules apply to TVHM?

Thank you for your infinite wisdom

I would do it after you beat the game at least once... But thats just me... Im pretty sure they lv match... except for Hammerlocks... I think that one has a minimum lv of 30...

What would happen if I started playing one and then did some story? Would it count the level that I started the dlc or does it change with my level?

IE I start Scarlet at level 30, do some missions, beat the story and come back at level 40, will scarlet still be level 30 or would it now be level 40?

Weak. I bought the season pass when I got the game, but I obviously haven't played any of them yet, and I've been getting... not bored, but for lack of a better word, bored, with the main story. But I guess I'll wait it out. Or maybe play one and leave 2 for the end. Anyway, thank you for the info.

I would agree with lvl 30-33.

One of the best things in life I can have is too expensive. Can I borrow $20 million?

This is just my personal opinion, b ut I would give the story a little more time. I think it gets very interesting soon. After that you'll want to finish the game and then start one or more of the dlc, keeping in mind side missions with blue or better reward are better saved for later if you can help it. By then you will have been hooked.......or not

Do the DLC reset like the campaign does from the first play through to TVHM?
