Are there any purple or higher Endowments i have yet to see one

reason i ask is because of the achievement on 360. everything purple or higher

there are rare relics... Blood of terra is orange even... Purple ones become more common in playthrough 2.5 when you are farming the invincibles...

I believe Seraphs count as higher than purple so you could just buy one of those >_>
