I'm talking about the end result.Farming(no matter if it's dashboarding or not)isn't cheating like duping is.
You can call it "farming" all you want, its still cheating lol
eh...It's debatable. It's not so much exploiting as it is forcing respawns. We know enemies do eventually respawn but we don't know what triggers it.
quitting is no different than running certain distance away and running back, or leaving and re entering a zone. however the respawn mechanics is handled. I wouldn't call it cheating but I'm sure it's not meant to be the focal point.
there are many other ways to farm. --- Oh, you thought they made this game for you? You clearly bought the wrong game.
The message you quoted is talking about turning in quest rewards and signing out until you get what you want. I don't see that as debatable. You seem to be talking about saving and quitting to keep killing a boss. --- How's my posting? Call http://boards.gamefaqs.com/gfaqs/gentopic.php?board=588037 for any comments.

If you think about it,it's exactly the same as force respawning a boss. --- You are not entitled to anything in this game.

No it's not. The boss would respawn on his own eventually or you could save and quit. There's no other way to change the quest reward that the game gives you.
I asked if you considered it cheating, not if you do it.
Regardless of what you say and think, it's definitely more comparable to moonshotting than to regular farming. --- How's my posting? Call http://boards.gamefaqs.com/gfaqs/gentopic.php?board=588037 for any comments.
