I was thinking of doing a fire/healer Siren build How's this look? http://www.bl2skills.com/siren.html#000000000005545100005550000550
A fire relic, not sure on the class mod, maybe a Warder mod? This way I don't have to stick to a specific weapon (everyone seems to love SMGs on a Siren). --- Deal with it- http://tinyurl.com/amdcu8s FF XIII/Skyrim = 100% -- GT: Gears of Wario Now Playing: Borderlands2/FFXIII-2/PMD Blue Rescue Team
Your cataclysm tree seems to be built around not using your phaselock very often (since you skipped every phaselock ability available there), but your harmony build depends on it, so I'm not sure what exactly your goals are.
Personally, I love helios and ruin, while blight phoenix and immolate seem much less useful, especially for a healer build, which presumably won't be in the thick of things as often.
Huh, weird. Totally skipped the part were Immolate is FFYL. @ Steve, Why Backdraft? Fire melee seems useless and the fiery explosions seem a bit situational.
Is this better or should I still move some points around? http://www.bl2skills.com/siren.html#000000000005445100005505500501 +Fire relic, 6/5 Reaper/Helios Cunning fox mod maybe? Or is there a mod that effects both harmony/cataclysm? --- Deal with it- http://tinyurl.com/amdcu8s FF XIII/Skyrim = 100% -- GT: Gears of Wario Now Playing: Borderlands2/FFXIII-2/PMD Blue Rescue Team
That looks much better, although I have to confess I like getting up to Converge in the Motion tree, in part because it makes your phaselock affect a MUCH larger area. I also like having my phaselocks last a few more seconds with suspension, but for what you're going for, I think what you've got is good.
For backdraft, that tends to be the alternative to putting points into flicker, since neither are that great. With flicker, you'll be lighting things on fire plenty already, and won't see much change with points into flicker. So, while backdraft is very situational, it's perhaps slightly better than flicker, although you could go with either. For your build, flicker might make more sense.
No matter what, respecing is so cheap that you might as well play around with different builds and see what best matches your play style and goals. You can even change things around depending on whether you're going after mobs or bosses, or what you might face in different areas of the game.
Can't decide between Slayer of Teramorphous or 6/5 Reaper/Helios Cunning Fox :/
Hmm, don't think I can really give up any points for Converge. Anyway, I think it looks good. Perhaps I should try to max Restoration or Wreck, or is it fine?
And Fire+ relic correct, or perhaps I should go for something like health or shield capacity? For weapons, I'll probably want to keep my distance with ARs/Snipers/low recoil pistols and Res people. Maybe a Monstrous Volcano, Heavy Scorpio [Fire], Consumate Plasma Caster [Fire]? --- Deal with it- http://tinyurl.com/amdcu8s FF XIII/Skyrim = 100% -- GT: Gears of Wario Now Playing: Borderlands2/FFXIII-2/PMD Blue Rescue Team
So you think I should go 3/5 Restoration and 5/5 Wreck? Or perhaps remove Restoration all together? --- Deal with it- http://tinyurl.com/amdcu8s FF XIII/Skyrim = 100% -- GT: Gears of Wario Now Playing: Borderlands2/FFXIII-2/PMD Blue Rescue Team
