Did I miss a head for Badass Crater?

I just finished Hammerlock and received a head. I know I have one for finishing pirate. No head for Crater. Did I miss it somehow?

There's heads in the machines. I think your talking about those?

yeah. the ones for Torgue you have to buy with Torgue Tokens
