Laugh at their sense of humor and admire their guts... Wait a few days. If it turns out not to be a joke I would then proceed to write an angry letter to them stating why I would never buy another product from them unless the problem was fixed. Confirming a lv cap increase and then giving us that is complete bs.

They should increase the cap by 1 every 6 months (but not mention this is their plan), so everyone has to re-farm all their legendaries over and over again, at very minor increments. That would add a lot of replayability ;-)

Oh my god......could you imagine. Seriously I would go crazy. I would keep telling myself. "Next month....yeah that's when they will stop and give us the real cap increase". Horrible lol.
