Binary Thunderball Fists is better overall. The shock ball seems to have a pretty good radius and does pretty heavy damage.

Thunderball fists all the way, better dmg and DoT. Plus when the s**t hits the fan and your wearing a transformer, boom instant shield

Sorry to interject but I was wondering, how many chances do you have to get EVIE?

You can get it over and over again. It's actually not hard to farm. Make your way to the one way fast travel station near Magnys Lighthouse, then save and quit. When you reload you will start at that fast travel. Jump down onto the lift, and then jump from the lift to the area with the sandskiff and the chest; its looks like you may not be able to make it but you can. Kill or run past the stalkers, go up the ladder, and stay to the left, that's the first spawning point for Mr. Bubble's and Lil Sis. The other is the AM-FM Isle area where DJ Tanner is. You don't have to jump the gap to the isle, you can just look for Mr. Bubbles without aggroing the enemies. If they don't spawn quit and try again. The whole run only takes a couple minutes.

The Little Evie reduces action skill cooldown per kill. Not necessarily great with a mechro and her 1 min cooldown but pretty amazing with zero and maya.

Instead if jumping left, after you drop down the hole and land on the wooden platform you jump right, landing you in the exact spot you need to be. If he's not there save, quit and try again. I found it to be quicker than farming all the various points he can turn up.

That will work, for sure. He shouldn't take too long to show up.
