Difference in stats between lvl 50 and 61 relics and class mods?

I want a Pearl mod that gives +5 to Close Enough and +4 to Nth Degree rofl.

Hardly much difference, it's just a different kind of relic: e-tech.

Only a 4% difference in max health between the two levels. tbh, the changes are pretty minimal for relics as well.
