Depends on your class-mod...I'd stick that point in Incite into Lay Waste though. I usually don't bother with Divergent Likeness, and just go with Lay Waste. Also, get auto-loader, it helps alot with slow-reloading weapons like some of the Rocket Launchers.

1) Upping health actually hurts you. The more health = the harder it is to go up = harder to keep it over half so you don't get one shotted.

2) I'm Ready Already is pointless when you have Yippie Kie Yay, Get Some, and Last Longer. It's either going to be ready when you finish Gunzerking or close to, especially if you have a Legendary class mod and/or cooldown relic.

3) It all depends on your class mod and guns you're using. What will you be using TC?
Looking at your skills it looks like dual pistols, Harolds I assume.

Know what health-gating is TC? More health is worse in this game. Unless you're a Siren.

Suave Renegade class mod:
http://www.bl2skills.com/gunzerker.html#505050501005005515515111000000000

Since you're not using a cooldown relic or Legendary class mod, I'm Ready Already is more useful.

Legendary Berserker class mod:
http://www.bl2skills.com/gunzerker.html#515050531005105015515111000000000

Even without the Legendary class mod, 1 point in Hard to Kill for health regen and 1 point in Incite for the movement speed and reload when taking damage doesn't hurt.

Incite isn't as useful in the Suave Renegade build as much as it is in the Legendary one, you can move that point somewhere else if you want.
NKLOK is also good, especially if you use Rocket Launchers. You can move a point there.

EDIT: You're not using the Hornet while Gunzerking are you? Single shot isn't too good when hip firing.

Also, try and use a purple Tediore shield or Cracked Sash over the Evolution. The Cracked Sash can have the lowest recharge delay of all shields in the game at 0.98 and has some insane recharge rate. Your shield will pretty much never stay down. Recharge rate + delay > is better than capacity.

I have 1 point on Lay Waste, Filled to the Brim, and 5 Shots or 6 because I carry around a Hoarder mod, but I mainly stick to the Auspicious Raider class mod to boost Money Shot 11/5 for some ridiculous damage.

If you rely on Money Shot for that extra damage put the 5 points to Inconceivable instead of Filled to the Brim because when your health or shield is low, you have a really high chance of consecutive Money Shots. Greatest moments with Sal is when I'm running around with a Vladof Spingun and have over 30 something Money Shots all at once. :) good times!

Get a slagged Rubi and you won't have any reason to go down Brawn.

Why All in the Reflexes? There are better skills to put those points in like I'm Ready Already, Filled to the Brim, and Lay Waste.
Also, there's no point in Keeping it Piping hot when you have Rampage and will be Gunzerking like all the time.

If you use a Raider class mod, use a lvl 50 one. You still get +6/5 or +5/4/4 without the bigger shield reduction from the lvl 61 one.

This was true, before the big patch though. Before while gunzerking Keep it Piping Hot would not activate if you had Get Some or any cooldown skill. However now with the latest update they fixed this glitch. Now when you hit an enemy that then activates Get Some, it now activates Keep it Piping Hot, thus giving you up to 25% extra damage or up to 50% extra damage if using a gun like say the DPUH.

Health Gating depends on what you're fighting and how you're healing. It only works from a single source of damage. Health Gating isn't much use against groups of enemies or the rare single enemy that can hit you at once with multiple sources of damage.

As for health, it depends on what you're using. If you're healing based off how much damage you're dealing, then yeah lower the health the better. If you're healing based off % of total health it doesn't matter what your health is. Unless you're co-oping with a nurse SIren, then yeah having lower health is always better.

The point of Evolution isn't capacity. It's to abuse health gating easy when solo. In any case, sham is still the best shield for Sal.
