i beat TVHM with my lvl 49 siren and have pretty good weapons so i tried UVHM and me and 3 others are struggling thru the first part where you have o get your shield..lol..well, not struggling but it takes so much ammo to kill these basic enemies..i mean, this isnt that enjoyable imo unless they are going to drop more legendaries..am i wrong in thinking this or no??

Starting out UVHM sucks. Harf. It starts getting much better once you reach level 55. Just keep going. Once you get to 72 its sooooo much fun.

UVHM definitely has an adjustment period. It did for me, and I didn't get through that adjustment period for a few levels (probably level 53-54). However, once you do get used to it, you'll find it a lot more enjoyable.

Make sure you have a reliable slag method. I use a slag Vladof sniper or the Magic Missile grenade mod from Tiny Tina's DLC. Once you slag enemies, it's just a matter of using the right element, just like TVHM. Don't run out into the middle of a group; use cover to your advantage. It'll probably take a few levels to get used to, but once you do, you'll quickly see how much you improve at the game.

Make sure you're Slagging everything.

If you're as bad at slagging things as you are at grammar, then you're going to have a bad time.

I'm not liking it either. Had planned on getting the second level increase dlc, but I don't know if I will now.

For some reason, I got totally destroyed by the enemies up to and including Flynt on both TVHM and UVHM, then cruised through the rest of the game. There are just a LOT of guns against you at the start of the game, and they come from all sides; animal enemies don't get anywhere near the same power spike. Once you hit 57 you can have two capstone skills, which is a huge power spike for some classes (Axton and Krieg especially).

I had a little trouble on my assassin from 59-61, then switched to a sniping build. And then the came was a bit easier. Headshots were pretty much one shot kills almost. Was easy all the way to 72 with everyone else but Axton.

F*** Axton. He can stay level 4.

Same reason all harder difficulties exist. It's for people that want the game to be harder. There's a reason why you can do everything in the game on normal.
