I wouldn't get my hopes about this. It's just a rumor, unconfirmed by Gearbox. It's set to take place on a low-gravity moon and a space station, and you'll have to keep your oxygen tanks supplied and use a jetpack to get around?
That's a HUGE departure from the type of gameplay we have in Borderlands 2. I really, really, doubt this is happening. If there does end up being another "true Borderlands game", it's almost certain to take place on the planet of Pandora, with minor gameplay changes/additions.
In fact, I actually hope it's not true. I'm nowhere near being done with Borderlands 2 yet - I still have to get my other characters up to OP8, and I want to be able to reset my challenges on Salvador a few more times. --- XBOX Live Gamertag: danishjuggler03 "I refuse to quote myself in my signature - I've always thought people who do that are lame." - danishjuggler21
Plus if it does turn out to be true Gearbox will be put on my no more buy list as they will have dropped down into the lowly depths of the game a year crowd. Assassins Creed stopped being good after AC II(which was somewhat less enjoyable than the original), and with them going to the game a year model the series is pretty dead(With AC3 being full of half thought-out ideas and incomplete mechanics like the useless crafting system). I do not need to mention the ultimate "game a year" series. Good games take longer than a year to dev. Its not being developed by Gearbox, and there's already a precedent for departures in game play. --- http://s3.amazonaws.com/br-cdn/temp_images/2014/01/05/EddieLacyBig.gif Love is no fun with protection
AC Brotherhood was the last one I enjoyed (enough to 100% it twice), Revelations was an alright end to the Ezio story, and I never got 3. --- Official Praise the Sun! of the Dark Souls 2 Board xliner is probably an eridian - 3CDED | http://i.imgur.com/HazHHmG.png
Skull & xliner, did you guys try ACIV: Black Flag? It's way better than ACIII. --- Don't you put that evil on me Ricky Bobby! Don't you put that evil on us! YOU ARE NOT PARALYZED! R.I.P. Michael Clarke Duncan
I heard it was good, but I'm not into pirates, and for me, AC ended with Revelations. --- Official Praise the Sun! of the Dark Souls 2 Board xliner is probably an eridian - 3CDED | http://i.imgur.com/HazHHmG.png

I havent played that one, last one I played was 3 but a few people I know said it didnt even feel like an assassins creed game at all. Also I stopped enjoying the games from 2 on as they lost a lot of the stealth element you had the option of using in the first one. And the combat became super simplistic. The first required timing, the second required some timing but mostly just easy mode, and it just got worse and worse.
Also since we have seen the quality of outsourced DLC from Gearbox I wouldn't get your hopes too high. Though Bioshock was good, and the articles say its the same team as who worked on Bioshock games so that might be better(2k Australia). --- "If your going to ask someone to save the world, make sure they like it the way it is" https://soundcloud.com/shake-like-e
