I actually got this from a vending machine... go figure. Wish i was lvl 50 when I saw it, but oh well, better then nothing. Stats and Skill points are still ridiculous from it. Off the top of my head, it's like 30% cool down rate, and 30% gun damage, as well as plus points in 5 skills.

Really 30% gun damage? Thats 5% higher than my level 50 one

Im posting this from work, it was off the top of my head and i can't remember the exact numbers. I just know it was in the range of 30%. Could be higher, could be lower.
