My borderlands 2 data recently got corrupt, I was level 39 playing as Zero just starting through true vault hunter mode. What I wanted to know was if there is anyway for someone with a character around this level to put it up so I could download it? Any help much appreciated, cheers.

Characters are locked to the PS3 that made them.
You're SoL unfortunately. --- PSN: Akira_259 Playing : Borderlands, Dark Souls, With Myself.
Ok, guess I'll have to grind it out again. Thanks anyway.

It isn't much help now but if you have a USB then put your data on that and back it up daily.
The way I do it is I made a folder called Borderlands2savedata then inside of that I put a folder that is the date from the day the data was saved and then in that is a folder that says Profile and one for each character I have. Then inside those is the actual save data.
So if something goes wrong I can find a save from the last date known to not be corrupted and then I can find which character the problem occurred on.
Back up your data in that fashion once a day and you will never lose your data. --- http://i1186.photobucket.com/albums/z367/Mekeji/Thelastthingyousee.png http://i1186.photobucket.com/albums/z367/Mekeji/friezafinalform.jpg
I knew I should have backed up my data! Thanks for your help.

You need to copy ONLY the SAVE00x.sav file not an entire gamesave. MAke a new Zero then copy that to your PC and rewrite the SAVE00x.sav file with the one someone gives you and you'll get there character. This can mess with badass ranks so use at your own risk. --- PSN/GT: Mythodix

WAIT A MINUTE.
Can you CONFIRM that this works? This is how the first Borderlands worked, and I got it on the PS3 because I HATE profile-locked save data. You absolutely, positively CAN do this with Borderlands 2? You've tried it yourself?

nah that guy is just trolling, its impossible with this profile-lock-save from ps3

Yeah, I just tried it, and it reads as a corrupted save file. :( Damn, I got really excited there for a second, too.

you can use PS3 Xploder to share gamesaves --- Steam, 360,PS3: Peachesrcool 3DS: 3007-8076-3837 (Luke)
