Can I add a second accessory without having the gun disappear and will it stick?

99.9% of the time i would say no.
if the part isnt suppose to be there it will generally get deleted.

grenades seem to be the exception tho.
i got a bunch of modded ones that stick.
like a rolling thunder that goes to a firebee

Interesting. I tried creating a Two Fer Greed, but half of the parts are either red or have the caution symbol and I even used the calculator.

Creating dlc items from scratch can't be done some of the time you need to already have the item.
