If possible I'd like-

-All characters level 50 with loads of skill points.
-A bigger inventory and more badass rank.
-A way to spawn items? Infinite Ammo?

Hate to go off topic, but can Borderlands 1 be modded like BL2? I just bought BL1 and was curious.

BL1 is way easier to mod, as the saves are generic hex, with no encryption
