The skill tree with all that shock damage on it is going to be a powerhouse I think.
Reloading your gun causing an electrical explosion is badass.
This looks like a really interesting class to me, although I do agree that there is some real clusterf*** of skills going on with it too. Some of them are completely useless, or way too weak to waste points on. This class is the one that will benefit most from the higher DLC levels though. It feels like you really can't make a great character with it with the 50 levels.

I think tediore shotguns work best for her then any other if your doing OC skills
cause no other manufacturer has that kind of reload speed then tediore's has.
just empty your clip throw it away for some aoe dmg and a new one is ready to shoot
works perfect for discords and do awesome dmg while your reloading

With electrical damage effectively being one of if not the best element types, I think her focus on it is fantastic.
Also, Anarchy looks devastating with Close Enough, especially if there's a mod that increases Close Enough.

Incendiary has a damage bonus to flesh, but both armour and shields have a massive resistance to it.
Corrosive has a damage bonus to armour, but both flesh and shields have a massive resistance to it.
Explosive has a minor damage bonus to armour and flesh, but shields resist it.
Slag has no damage bonus, but it isn't resisted.
Normal damage has no bonus, but nor is it resisted.
Shock has a massive damage bonus to shields, and it is not resisted.
Consider that shields can occur in combination with flesh or armour and that shields are exceedingly common in TVHM, shock is extremely handy to have. I'd rather be without an incendiary or corrosive weapon than without a shock weapon, especially against stalkers or snipers.
